Completely remove all ftw.contentpage related code from this package. #66

This will be part of a new Major release (3.x)

Further explanation: ftw.sliderblock installs ftw.slider too. So far the ftw.slider has a test dependency to ftw.contentpage. I don't want this, since ftw.contentpage is deprecated.
