Add support for Plone 5.2 and Python 3.8 (by rebasing and combining existing PRs by @buchi and @maethu).

I tested the basic functionality on Plone 5.2 using Python 3.8:

Connection handling
Queue processing and index handlers
Full text indexing for files
Query building
Querying
Solr document and contentlisting objects
Maintenance views
