make connection-timeout configurable #30

This makes the connection-timeout configurable through the tika zcml configuration so the user can decide for themselves how long the timeout need to be.

In my case for example there where powerpoint files which needed to be indexed and they needed more time. Also i am using a docker setup where the tika server has it's own instance.
