Typos in HELP command output

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. There's some typos in the HELP output for some options:
HELP SIZE
HELP MKD
HELP XMKD

What is the expected output?
Syntax: SIZE ....
Syntax: MKD ....
Syntax: XMKD ....

What do you see instead?
Syntax: HELP ....
Syntax: MDK ....
Syntax: XMDK ....

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The attached patch fixes these blatant typos :) and also makes sure each 'help 
string' ends with a fullstop for consistency.
