Host pyftpdlib on PYPI #281

This is similar to psutil:
https://code.google.com/p/psutil/issues/detail?id=410

It would also allow to fix this issue with pip:

Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement pyftpdlib==1.2.0 
(from -r /srv/www/ftp/current/requirements/base.txt (line 3))
Some insecure and unverifiable files were ignored (use --allow-unverified 
pyftpdlib to allow).
