saPather error #26

When i open saPather exe (builded with vs2017) this pops up and closes instantly. Can anyone help me how to use saPather?

for example - -l e:/gg/libsamp.so -i 123.123.123.123 -p 1331

Thanks for the help!

The problem is that i changed the ip to mine in sapather.exe and in the main.cpp too but it still connects to the default server not to mine.
