Multilanguage not working in Chrome #1060

Dear Friends,

I tried in Chrome Version 24.0.1312.57 m if I change language browser can not 
set. Tried in many O/S : Lion, Windows 7 results are same. But it works without 
any problem in Firefox

Note: Tried latest svg-edit (2.6)
