Not show by default image import, new image, save functionality in svg editor latest version. #1089

I have SVG editor which is i am in my local-server, but it didn't display the 
import image icon, open new image icon, save the image icon. Someone hide the 
code or remove it code. Its have display the only two js file one is 
lib/jquery.js & second second file is method-draw.compiled.js. And all the js 
files are hide. So can you tell me please that how can i add the  image import, 
new image, save functionality in SVG editor. Which file add the code that these 
functionalists are run like before.
