Image and selection box do not line up #1092

When I add an image from the image library, the image shows at the bottome of 
the screen and the selection box shows where I place it on the canvas.

Same thing happens when I add something from the shape library.

I've cleared my browsers cache, completely deleted SVG-Edit from my sever and 
reloaded.  Same thing.  Strange thing is that when I first loaded the script it 
worked just fine but not now.

See the issue 1091 - as for me, it is happened after updating firefox from 19 
to 20.
