Faulty rendering of SVG file #1098

1. Downloaded and saved locally the SVG logo from Wikipedia: 
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/ce/SVG-logo.svg
2. Opened the file using the SVG-edit demo

The rendering of the SVG flower is wrong with the petals all offset from each 
other. See attached screenshot. Attached the offending SVG as well.

Tested and replicated in both Chrome and Internet Explorer 10

I should point out that the offending SVG file renders fine when viewed on 
Wikipedia and also when opened using Internet Explorer locally.
