UML shapes In svg editor #1100

Hello I am Nizam Afridi, And i am working on Svg editor to modify its shapes to 
add UML shapes, But for shapes i dnt knw how to make path, and i want some 
features , like line can be drag to other point while its start point remain on 
its own point... i want this feature for arrows In Use case dagrae, Can anyone 
tell me how to do this ???
