Text cursor fails to update correctly in IE9 on textedit #1132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.provide text input
2.deselect the text
3.click inside the text element to place the cursor and begin editing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cursor does not update correctly if at all. Sometimes the cursor appears 
off to the left of the canvas.

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)

IE 9

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)
