When svg-edit is in a iframe, you can not type text with a iPad #1140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a blank HTML page with an iframe containing the svg-edit index.html 
page.  
2. Open the URL of this page on an iPad 
3. Add Text to the drawing using the Text tool.

The Text field is created with a blinking cursor, but nothing happens when you 
start typing

This was tested with an iPad - (safari and chrome) and latest version of 
svg-edit.

Just saw there was another similar issue posted here: Issue 1106.  You can 
close my ticket as a duplicate.
