Support for different text style within the same textfield. #1168

In a text field, if I select a part of the text and apply "bold", then "bold" 
property is applied to the entire text, instead of the selection alone. 

I am not sure whether this can be achieved using svg alone.

We have a flex based tool, where we have extensively used Flash "Text Layout 
Framework". Is it possible to have similar kind of thing in "svg-edit" too?
