Correcting tool query string #1209

I'm not sure how this is working for anyone else, but it fails for me as an 
incorrect query string.

Thank you for the patch. I've simplified it a little and applied to trunk. 
However, I don't actually see a practical difference in the behavior. Can you 
specify what this block of code should be doing? Also, I don't think all of the 
push buttons are in that `toolnames` array--what do you think of looking for 
all elements of class "push_button" instead? That would seem more maintainable 
to me if that would work (and reduce the code a little also)...
