right click contextmenu on selector handle should not start resize actions #1226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right Click on Selector Grip Handle
2. Select action in context menu
3. after context menu closes, resize action happens, only stops after   
mouseclick

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Don't resize the element!

In what browser did you experience this problem?
All

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? 
Latest trunk, 2.5.1, 2.7

Patch is attached.
