create a link with "&" #1229

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select text
2. select option create link
3. insert any link with &

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SVG flowchart is created within the wiki (tiki), however if I am to edit the 
page again the contents are all lost if I inserted a link with the "&"
inside the link

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)
firefox, ie, chrome

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)
2.5.1

Please provide any additional information below.

It sounds like you are saying there is a problem saving to the server in which 
case it is either an extension problem or a problem with the tiki add-on.

Is there a public demo URL for this tiki wiki that supports this so we can test 
this (it indeed appears to be fine without a server)?

Also, are you sure the version of SVG Edit is 2.5.1? The current version is 
2.7.1.
