Shape library shapes appear off-screen if click-release before drag #1247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. starting with empty canvas zoomed to 100%
2. Shape Library > Basic > Heart
3. Click-release in canvas
4. In center of canvas, drag a rectangle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see heart but instead see nothing. Pan to upper-left canvas corner 
and it's there. 

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)
Chrome 37.0.2062.124 m (cannot reproduce on FF31.2.0 ESR)

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.7.1,
etc)
