Make the canvas border and dropshadow optional #475

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open SVG-edit
2.
3.

Depending on the type of drawing the user is doing, the border and/or
canvas drop-shadow can be disturbing.

Inkscape, which also has the same border and shadow, has an option to
disable it, and personally, I always use it. So this is not specific to
SVG-edit, it's just that... when drawing, the most important thing is the
drawing, and the border and shadow grab the attention (the eye), and that's
not good for me :-)

So I think such an option should really be made optional in the Editor
preferences.

In what browser did you experience this problem?

Browsers that actually support the dropshadow (Firefox 3+) or browsers
which show only the border around the canvas (Opera, Firefox 2)
