Create functionality that doesn't allow adding past due assignments #65
1) Log in to http://study-app-442.herokuapp.com/
2) Click "Add Task"
3) Add an assignment with an arbitrary name and class name
4) Make the date a past date, such as 12/1/2020
5) The add task will close
6) Ensure this task has not been added to the task list
