Add support for later versions of Ruby #23

The contents of the .ruby-version file are ruby-1.9.3-p551. When I installed that version of Ruby just now with rbenv, I got:

WARNING: ruby-1.9.3-p551 is past its end of life and is now unsupported. It no longer receives bug fixes or critical security updates.

I think I tried another version of Ruby in the past and ran into some errors. This issue is to remind me to investigate any such errors and fix them.
