Description

A Page on the Data Core for the Roster Archives Team to work from.

Details

Archives Process:

Starting with a list of People that are one of the following.

  1. CRs that have a Time in Grade of 100+ Days.
  2. CR-Cs that have a Time in Grade of 100+ Days and have not completed UTC.
  3. Any member that was previously billeted in an element and left or was removed over 100 days ago.

Officer and SNCO Reserves are exempt from Number 3

Step by Step for the compiled list of people.

  1. Check if all members are in the discord, any members that are not in the discord can be archived immediately.
  2. Check if they are on a LOA. a. If they filed an LOA and have exceeded the end date without ending the LOA, they should be messaged on the discord by the Clerk doing the archiving. The person on LOA has 7 days to respond to the Clerk. This includes ELOAs with no end date. If the person responds, they can choose to update their LOA or choose to lead. b. If they are not on LOA continue with the archiving process.
  3. Check the person's last message in the discord. If the last message exceeds 14 days from the 100-day mark for inactivity, the individual is considered inactive.
  4. Check the person's last connection to TeamSpeak. If the last connection exceeds 14 days from the 100-day mark for inactivity, the individual is considered inactive.
  5. The Archives Team must now get approval from the relevant parties to proceed with the removal. a. Recruits and Cadets must be approved by the lead of the Roster C-Shop. b. Troopers must be approved by the Department Lead of C-1 Personnel c. Senior Troopers and up must have joint approval from the C-1 Department Lead and the High Council.
  6. Archives Team pulls TeamSpeak and Discord Tags for the individuals that were approved.

A Page dedicated to the Archives Team. There should be a section showing current people that are inactive, a 2nd section that tracks the current inactive process for each individual, And a 3rd section for approvals.
