Manager Pages Rework #312

Summary

The old manager pages will not work with the use of modular values. The frontend for these edit pages can stay mostly the same (besides CSS changes), but how claims, roles, discord bindings, promotions, etc. are supported needs to pull from created assignable values.

Details

Update the manager edit pages to pick and choose what assignable values are connected to settings
Bind the assignable value to a specific setting, such as a discord role or promotion requirement.

Closed as it is no longer viable. New manager pages are being created instead of revamping old ones.
