A redesign of the phase plan for the Data Core needs to be completed so the new plan of action matches the updates provided by the website rebuild. New features are going to need to be changed in how they are implemented and passed to those managing the website, instead of directly implemented as functional features that only the 501st are able to use.
The major thing to change is how new features will reach the end-user. After a feature is developed training time will need to be allocated to website managers so they understand how to create any new pages and/or views provided by an update. Website managers are then responsible for creating new pages that have newly developed features on them. Newly developed features will not come with pages to use them unless the feature is an administration tool, in which it must have a static page.
