They shouldn't be left out - or rather, any time they're included in the book of worlds, they should be included here. Can you give an example?
I've considered customizing for # of players, but I'm of two minds about it. On the one hand it makes it even easier, on the other it means you can't print off just a single two-sider for a given world.
They're not in the BoW, though, they're in the master rulebook. I'm not sure why you'd want to leave out the material from the master rulebook since that means any sheet printed is incomplete.
The primary goal here is to replicate the Book of Worlds' compact 2-page rule descriptions, without all the conditional clauses the BoW contains - not to provide a comprehensive set of standalone rules, which would mostly not change from game to game, and would be substantially longer than 2 pages.
Having an 'extended' option that generates a full set of rules might be useful in time, but for now my goal is to provide a quicker and easier way to get the BoW ruleset for a specific world.
Pull requests to add new functionality are very welcome, of course.
Some important rules such as the number of residents/settlements to take are left out at the moment. These could be useful to add and even more usefully, could be adjusted to the number of players if this was a parameter as well as the world number.
