What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That there would be some sort of GUI to navigate
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.2 on iphone 4S 5.01
Please provide any additional information below.
When I open iTranmission2 it goes straight to the torrents list, there is not +
sign and no other menus available to navigate to some sort of settings??
