It looks like "aws_rds" cookbook has been replaced with "aws-rds" on opscode (https://supermarket.getchef.com/cookbooks/aws_rds)
I'm using your cookbook as the dependency in my cookbook wrapper. When I'm trying to do "berks install" I'm getting this error:
ERROR -- : Actor crashed!
Berkshelf::MissingLockfileCookbookVersion: Cookbook 'aws_rds' (1.4.0) not found in any of the sources! This can happen if the remote cookbook has been deleted or if the sources inside the Berksfile have changed.
