Enhancement: allow clearing of recent paths #760

Add an option to clear the recently used paths shown when adding a new torrent. 
Currently there is no way to do this.

Reason for my suggestion is that I have accidentally typed a case sensitive 
path incorrectly before, and the remote gui defaults to using the incorrect 
path. It would be helpful to be able to clear these paths from the history so 
that I don't end up with /home/user/downloads and /home/user/Downloads both 
being written to and causing me to be unable to find my downloads.
