Reset steerpoint number after entering steerpoints #23

Current steerpoint is left at last steerpoint entered when entering waypoints into the Viper. Rage suggests changing behavior to restore current steerpoint to initial steerpoint after entering.

More generally, this should allow any of the entered steerpoints to be selected as the "initial" steerpoint.

Addressed in v1.2.0 for the Viper. Moving to triage for other airframe support.

Addressed in v1.3.0 for the Warthog, though it only resets the CDU waypoint, not the steerpoint from the HUD.

As of v1.3.0, feature is present for Viper and Warthog. Feature is not yet implemented for Hornet, Mirage, Harrier, Tomcat.
