Add a checkbox for "compare all spectra" where it currently says "-1=all" on the "compare only the N most intense spectra" input. The value -1 should still be passed to the executable, but this can be hidden from the user. If the checkbox is checked, it overrides the number in the field (this could be greyed out, or replaced with -1, whichever is easier).
