Quality color scale does not update after run is finished #41

The quality color scale does not update, even if the user can select one. The preferred behavior would be that it can still be changed, as this affects the picture that is saved, and this is typically done after the run is finished.

If easier to implement, it would also be acceptable that it is "frozen" and no longer possible to change.
