The Sensor Observation Service (SOS) extension for ArcGIS Server is implemented as a so-called Server Object Extension (SOE). It allows querying of observations, procedures/sensors, as well as features observed by sensors. The interface is compliant with the SOS 2.0 standard from OGC.

urlSosExtension is not stored and loaded on production server #15

urlSosExtension extension parameter is not stored and loaded on production server. It is currently resolved to the ObservationDB service's URL which should actually not interact with the service.

probably a clash with a previous version of the SOE. They were installed in parallel. closing.
