Geopackage connector #16

Is support for Geopackage (https://github.com/opengis/geopackage/) planned for Ilwis?

I suppose we leave that up to GDAL. If there is enough presure from the GIS community someone will write a driver for GDAL. If not the format/initiave is irrelevant. Though we could write a dedicated connector for it, this is only relevant if there is money/project for it which I don't see at the moment.

there is a gdal driver for that, but it need gdal to be compiled with libsqlite3
