The file mc-config.json seems to be missing or the file name is wrong: https://github.com/matthias-mueller/WPS/blob/wps-4.0/52n-wps-mc/src/main/java/org/n52/wps/mc/MCProcessRepository.java#L77 The MC-repository tries to load this file and fails.
