Remove RData file #48

The file:

/52n-wps-webapp/src/main/webapp/R/resources/EO2H/AirQualityMapping.RData

takes up 3 MB of space. I'd propose to store this somewhere externally. Any views?

no, it cannot really be hosted somewhere else because it demonstrates / tests usage of resource files, which includes data and functions ... I'll take a look to minimize the size.

I uploaded the complete file to the wiki (https://wiki.52north.org/pub/Geostatistics/WPS4R/AirQualityMapping-full.RData) and will crate a pull request.
