Deploy demo server #2

demo server is prepared, see #1 -- can you try to deploy now? Let me know if the server needs more configuration.

the geoportal server should use the following CSW endpoint: http://23.21.170.207/gvq-demo/services/cswisogvq?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities

The endpoint is currently not available. Do we have further information about this issue?
