Add api docs to GitHub page and landing page for the webapp #118

I'm not sure this is technically feasible, but it would be very helpful to have an up to date api doc integrated in the gh-pages: http://52north.github.io/js-sensorweb-client

Right now the only online doc I know about is http://sensorweb.demo.52north.org/sensorwebclient-webapp-stable/api-doc/

Also, having a minmal landing page for the API would be nice, i.e. that http://sensorweb.demo.52north.org/sensorwebclient-webapp-stable/ returns a static HTML page that lists the endpoint(s) and links to the api docs.

TS-API documentation is now available as a GH page > http://52north.github.io/timeseries-api/
