add dependencies for EPSG database:
- gt-referencing
- gt-opengis
- gt-epsg-hsql
add two methods to JTSHelper:
- public static Point createPoint(double longitude, double latitude, double altitude, int epsgCode)
- public static Point createPoint(double longitude, double latitude, int epsgCode)

Well... it would be okay if GeoTools was not licensed under the LGPL... Shetland (as well as Jan Mayen) is Apache v2...

Shouldn't be a big deal to add an own (configurable) list of codes defining axes with lat,lon order
