change implementation of how thematic scenes are generated when using… #15

… a configuration file (via GUI):

now multiple scenes will be generated:

  1. an optional deformed globe
  2. a flat base globe
  3. thematic overlay (countries or point symbols)
  4. a scene that joins scenes 2. + 3. to a single scene
