Visualize the current state of the system in RViz:
[x] Map
[ ] Fix scale (kilometer -> millimeter)
[x] Markers for each vehicle, updating live with position data from gulliview
[x] Markers for regions the vehicles are located in?
[ ] Markers(?) for trajectories
[ ] Marker for predicted point of collision
