uploading files to highlearn #11

Hi, I couldn't find an email address so I post here a request. 
The highlearn also have an interface to upload data (files, msg's etc) by
TA's. As for now the only way to do those action is by using IE. I think it
will be of great use to have this feature.

Hello,

It seems reasonable to use the engine of the Miner-Highlearn to perform such 
tasks.

I'd like to correct this issue, it isn't a Defect, but an Enhancement.

The RedPill Team can't afford to be developing more breadth-not-critical 
features to
the Miner for free. Since this is an open-source project now, we are no longer 
the
only ones who can participate in the development.
