Application won't initialize :( #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just unzip the app and dbl click on it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application should start, instead I get "The application failed to
initialize properly. 0xc0000135. Press OK to terminate the application"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.5, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm going to need more details; Seen this bug before only once.

- Do you extract the zip to a *local* drive? (i.e. c:\miner_highlearn\...)
- Are you sure that you have .NET Framework 1.1 Installed ? 

How to determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed
To determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed, locate the
%systemroot%\Microsoft.NET\Framework folder. To open this folder, you can paste 
this
address into a Windows Explorer address bar. The following folders contain the
released versions of the .NET Framework:

    *   v3.5
    *   v3.0
    *   v2.0.50727
    *   v1.1.4322
    *   v1.0.3705
