tool not removed in survival #17

I create survival minecraft server, and I want to give the players an opportunity to use tool. But i have 2 problems.

  1. tool dont drop, and i dont find remove tool command.
  2. the tool cannot be an ordinary object. I use flint and i wanted to be able to edit armorstands with normal flint.

at least one of these possibilities will help a lot
