  1. What would be the appropriate default values for tags?
  2. How many should we make?

we could add fashion, home decor, food&recipe, travel, art&design, photography, diy&craft, health&fitness, tech, books&literature. Starting with around 10 default tags should provide users with a good variety of topics to explore.
