This PR is a base for the integration with the OTE's 5G testbed. This will allow management of the 5G network Slices and association of the Robot's SIM cards with the specific slice to provide better QoS for vertical applications. The Inclusion of the Slicing mechanism is optional and will not be necessary to run the Middleware.

How Has This Been Tested?
Except of the unit testing, the testing will be conducted on the OTE premises network with the access to the Slice Manager, when all the functionality regarding Slice management will be compleated.
