This change introduces the concept of the Inter Relay Network Application. It is responsible for the ROS topic-based routing of the WebSocket connection to the Respectful Network Application Relay servers.
The Middleware focuses on the deployment of the Inter Relay and its configuration. In contrast to the standard traffic routing to the relays themselves, Middleware opens the traffic from the outside directly to the Inter Realy that will be routing traffic to the Relay Net Apps themselves.
