feat: new endpoints for dashboard #205

Description

This feature requests adding new endpoints to the Middleware API to provide a dashboard with the operational data from the Middleware.

The endpoints should provide:

Heartbeat information from all the NetApps (filled with dummy data if no data is found)
Heartbeat information from all the Robots (filled with dummy data if no data is found)
Information about the Organization structure containing onboarded locations (Edges and Clouds) and Slicing capabilities.
