Add a colour coding of NetApp Heartbeat results. It will be required to offload the colouring logic from the Dashboard.
The GetInstanceToReuse function from the ResourcePlanner class should use the newly created property instead of determining NetAppStatus. When the value is calculated it also must be returned in the API Calls responses. To achieve this:
Create one new method GetNetAppStatus that returns the NetAppStatus enum
Create a property that will return NetAppStatus colour in the string version
