feat: statefull netapp support #292

Description

This feature adds stateful netapp support by enabling the persistence layer in Kubernetes and assigning it to the deployed NetApp.

What has been changed?

Feature: stateful net apps are now connected to the persistence layer in Kubernetes that is uploaded to AWS S3

How Has This Been Tested?

[x] NetApp is run, middleware adds the init-contaienr to it which fetches the data from S3
[x] When NetApp is being terminated, middleware holds the termination of the NetApp and uploads the data to S3
