This should resolve https://github.com/5G-MAG/Getting-Started/issues/75, at least for now.

I've tried to split between running the AS (without building, without the AF, with the AF, etc) and then testing the M3,...

I suggest merging and keep updating the MBS part so we can announce the new project on UE data collection
